About

My name is Sabine Zola, but you can call me Sasa. I am Italo Senegalese, born between two lands, two lineages, two rhythms. That duality shaped everything I would eventually build.

Before this work found me, I lived several lives: professional windsurfer in the Canary Islands and Hawaii, model, singer-songwriter between the UK and Italy, and visual effects artist at Aardman Animations. What looked like a scattered path was actually a precise sequence, each chapter building somatic awareness, creative discipline, and a deep relationship with sound that I did not yet have language for.

In 2019, everything cracked open. The darkest depression became the fracture point, the place where my soul reached out to the unseen. That is when I began to awaken my psychic gifts and remembered everything that had always been there. A Tibetan singing bowl that had sat untouched for years became part of the unfolding, its vibrations reaching layers of my nervous system that no amount of understanding or willpower had ever accessed. What followed was years of training with sound pioneers, deep study of nervous system science and quantum mechanics, and the direct experience that would become the Somatic Regulation Room framework.

Today, through To Be Consciousness, I teach what the body always knew: that regulation is the foundation, sound is the original language, and the exit door from the simulation is not in the mind. It is in sensation.

The Work

To Be Consciousness

A structured ecosystem for nervous system regulation, sound-based somatic tools, and a philosophical framework that reframes the relationship between mind, body, and reality. Not therapy. Not coaching. Precision practice.

Listen

Sound as Medicine

Before the framework, there was music. Songs written from the depths of lived experience. The voice was always being prepared for something deeper.
